    Avocado Chocolate Mousse

    Indulge guilt-free with this rich, dairy-free avocado chocolate mousse - a dessert that’s as healthy as it is decadent! Made with wholesome ingredients and naturally sweetened with a touch of maple syrup, it combines the smooth texture of ripe avocados with the intense flavour of dark chocolate, creating a velvety dessert that's perfect for any occasion.

    This recipe makes 6 generous servings, Serve as-is, or top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of sea salt. Perfect for when you need a dessert that’s both nourishing and indulgent. Enjoy every spoonful!

    Ingredients

    2 large avocados
    1/4 cup cocoa powder
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp maple syrup
    1/3 cup coconut cream
    150g dark chocolate, melted

    Directions

    • Blend it Up: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a food processor. Add the cocoa, vanilla, maple syrup, and coconut cream. Process for 10 seconds, then scrape down the sides and blend again for another 10 seconds.
    • Add Chocolate Magic: Pour in the cooled, melted dark chocolate, then process for 10–15 seconds until the mousse is silky smooth. Spoon into individual glasses or a serving dish.
