Quest is delighted that our Centre in the Southern Highlands is open again for residential programs. The Quest for Life Centre is a COVID-safe business.

Programs to nurture and restore

All of Quest’s programs can help you find hope, healing and peace of mind. We provide a safe, nurturing and compassionate space to focus on your needs while you learn valuable life skills. Learn how to relax deeply, sleep soundly, reduce stress, resolve conflict, create an environment for healing and feel empowered to make informed choices in your healing journey.

At Quest, our priority is always the health and safety of our participants, program teams, staff and visitors. Quest ensures that staff and the Centre comply with COVID-Safe requirements.

COVID-Safe Plan

The following guidelines are in place and will be updated as the NSW government’s COVID-19 rules evolve.

  • Only fully vaccinated participants and contractors are able to attend Quest. Evidence must be received by Quest prior to arrival and be sighted by staff on the day of arrival **
  • All staff on site are fully vaccinated
  • Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) will be conducted on arrival for all participants and contractors
  • All participants, contractors, staff and volunteers must sign in and out on a daily basis via the Services NSW QR code **
  • All participants, contractors, staff and volunteers must wear a mask **
  • Ensure 1.5m physical distancing at all times **
  • Ensure good cross ventilation in all public areas **
  • Ensure good hygiene is practiced at all times **
  • Contactless delivery **
  • Limit visitors to the Centre
  • Should anyone test positive while at Quest, we will inform NSW Health, and act under instruction.

Funding Options for Residential Programs

Self-Funding

Quest subsidises all privately or self-funded places to ensure the cost of our programs remains affordable to individuals. This allows us to reduce the fee from $4,400 to $2,800.

$2,200 Shared room (Early bird* $2,100 – must be paid 30 days in advance)
$2,800 Single room (Early bird* $2,700 – must be paid 30 days in advance)

Fees effective 1 July 2023.

Subsidies

Through generous grants, donations and fundraising, additional subsidies are available for a range of circumstances and anyone experiencing financial stress will be considered.

NDIS

Quest is a registered NDIS Provider. Residential Programs can be funded through plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans.

DVA

We work with Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) White Card or Gold Card holders to make applications to the DVA Health Approvals Board.

Worker’s Comp Insurance

Residential programs can be covered by workers compensation insurance on a case-by-case basis.
