Always a favourite on our programs, many participants ask for this recipe! The juice is naturally sweet, low in sugar, and a great way to get lots of vitamins and nutrients into your body.
Spinach is alkalizing and packed with nutrition, celery is packed with potassium and vitamins A, C and K, cucumber adds mineral-rich water, lemon and mint add zing, while the apple balances everything out with a little sweetness.
4 sticks celery
3 sprigs mint
1 green apple
1 whole lemon
1 bunch English spinach
- Wash and chop all the ingredients
- Put everything through a juicer or Nutribullet
- The juice is better fresh, but you can also keep it in a jar or sealed container in the fridge for up to 72 hours
- Makes 2 large serves
