David Fenlon

With over 25 years of experience in FMCG, retail, and services.

Mr Fenlon has enjoyed an elaborate career in both public and private businesses, building success both for other businesses and his own, and being involved in executive and board experiences, all across Europe, Australia and Asia. Proud of the fact that his experience permits him to be an enterprise wide and transformational leader, he has worked extensively within retail, FMCG, services, new technology and well-being.

Mr Fenlon joined Blackmores in 2013 and had responsibility for both territory and whole of business functionality. He was a Director of Special Olympics foundation for two years until June 2019 and is on the board of The Quest for life foundation. Mr Fenlon was appointed Group CEO and Managing Director of BWX Ltd on 1 July 2019. In March 2022, Mr Fenlon was appointed CEO of The PA Group – a group of 1200 independent pharmacies – and also hold the positions of Non-Executive Chairman of National Growth Solutions (NGS) and Non-Executive Director of BWX Ltd.

Mr Fenlon has extensive experience with and at Board level – as chair, member and non-executive director across charity, government, advisory and private sectors. For him, it is about creating organisational and individual health and values whilst achieving strategic and financial outcomes – it is the marriage of those that he believes is the key.

Funding Options for Residential Programs

Self-Funding

Quest subsidises all privately or self-funded places to ensure the cost of our programs remains affordable to individuals. This allows us to reduce the fee from $4,400 to $2,800.

$2,200 Shared room (Early bird* $2,100 – must be paid 30 days in advance)
$2,800 Single room (Early bird* $2,700 – must be paid 30 days in advance)

Fees effective 1 July 2023.

Subsidies

Through generous grants, donations and fundraising, additional subsidies are available for a range of circumstances and anyone experiencing financial stress will be considered.

NDIS

Quest is a registered NDIS Provider. Residential Programs can be funded through plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans.

DVA

We work with Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) White Card or Gold Card holders to make applications to the DVA Health Approvals Board.

Worker’s Comp Insurance

Residential programs can be covered by workers compensation insurance on a case-by-case basis.
