BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Leanne Taylor

Leanne has held executive leadership roles across a range of sectors including all three tiers of government and the not for profit community services sector.  These roles have included Chief Executive of local government peak organisation Illawarra Shoalhaven Joint Organisation, Executive Leader Strategic Innovation and Development for aged care provider Warrigal, General Manager Corporate Services for Port Kembla Port Corporation, and Regional Manager South for the NSW Department of Lands.   

In these roles Leanne has used her relational strategic approach to lead business outcomes often across large geographic areas through building partnerships and collaborations, researching and implementing innovative business models, and managing change.

In addition to her executive leadership roles, Leanne has actively participated on a number of Boards and Committees during the course of her career and brings to the Quest for Life Board:  leadership, strategic planning, innovation, new business model development, governance, advocacy, compliance, human resources, systems re-engineering, and community and stakeholder engagement skills and experience.  Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Geography; and a Master of Arts in Adult Education.  She also has undertaken the AICD’s Company Directors course and a Certificate in Governance.

Funding Options for Residential Programs

Self-Funding

Quest subsidises all privately or self-funded places to ensure the cost of our programs remains affordable to individuals. This allows us to reduce the fee from $4,400 to $2,800.

$2,200 Shared room (Early bird* $2,100 – must be paid 30 days in advance)
$2,800 Single room (Early bird* $2,700 – must be paid 30 days in advance)

Fees effective 1 July 2023.

Subsidies and Financial Help

Through generous grants, donations and fundraising, additional subsidies and financial help is available for a range of circumstances and anyone experiencing financial stress will be considered. We review each case individually and we do not means test. All applications are conducted via phone with a friendly member of the Programs intake team.

NDIS

Quest is a registered NDIS Provider. Residential Programs can be funded through plan-managed and self-managed NDIS plans.

DVA

We work with Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) White Card or Gold Card holders to make applications to the DVA Health Approvals Board.

Worker’s Comp Insurance

Residential programs can be covered by workers compensation insurance on a case-by-case basis.
