For almost 40 years, people facing trauma, grief, cancer, chronic illness, burnout and other significant life challenges have come to Quest seeking a way forward.

Over five days, people begin to discover that while they can't change what has happened to them, they can change how they respond to it.

Through practical education, compassionate support, meaningful connection and time away from the pressures of everyday life, participants gain practical tools to navigate life's challenges, build resilience and reconnect with hope.

Many leave with renewed confidence, fresh perspective and the belief that they are more capable than they ever imagined.

Every Quest residential program is thoughtfully designed to give participants the time, space, support and practical tools to begin their own healing journey. From experienced facilitators and carefully developed educational content to nourishing meals, peaceful surroundings and the warmth of a supportive community, every element works together to create an environment where people feel safe enough to reflect, learn, grow and move forward.
