About the Course

It’s a mistake to assume that burnout is merely an emotional reaction to long hours or a challenging job. Mounting scientific evidence shows that burnout takes a profound physical toll that cascades beyond our professional lives.

The earlier we become aware that we’re in the early stages of burnout, the easier it is to respond and restore our energy and enthusiasm.

This self-paced course is based on a wealth of practical experience of working with people living with stress, burnout and some of life’s greatest challenges, and incorporates latest research in neuroscience, epigenetics and evidence-based healthy lifestyle habits.

Facilitators Petrea King and Margie Braunstein, through their personal and professional experience, engage, educate, encourage and support you to develop a personal plan to reduce stress in your life, manage burnout symptoms, create inner peace and incorporate relaxation into everyday life.

Undertake the course in your own time, at your own speed. Each module is between 14-20 minutes long, accompanied by reflective questions.
