Living Mindfully: With Mental Anguish

Learn how to regain control over your life & move forward towards greater peace of mind & deeper understanding of yourself & others.

About the Program

There are many events in life that stop us in our tracks and cause us to question who we are and how we’re going to embrace our difficulties, causing stress and anxiety.

This mental anguish may have many causes including bereavement, loss, insomnia, a broken relationship, family disputes, childhood trauma or abuse, grief, depression, a diagnosis, betrayal, bullying, disappointment – amongst many other forms of suffering.

In this nurturing and empowering workshop, Allison Boyle educates participants in how to regain control over their lives and move forward towards greater peace of mind and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

This workshop is interactive – questions and discussion are welcome.
