Maintaining Your Memory – A Program for Longevity

An intensive 5-day residential program for people eager to maintain or improve their memory, focus and motivation along with their physical and emotional health and wellbeing for longevity. You can be the co-creator of your own good health.

About the Program

This intensive educational program focuses on lifestyle factors that contribute to a healthy brain and ageing well. You’ll learn strategies, techniques and tools to optimise and improve brain function as well as increase your sense of wellbeing physically, mentally and emotionally.

There are a multitude of factors that influence brain function and many lifestyle practices and strategies that may significantly improve it – and they all lie within our power to implement. We share with you the specific lifestyle choices endorsed by leading doctors and research into preventing or stabilising memory loss and ageing well. Participants will learn about the wonders of neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to change and rewire – and how we can use the mind to improve functioning of our brains and health of our bodies.

This program is beneficial for anyone at risk of memory loss through dementia, Alzheimer’s or genetic predisposition, and those who are experiencing cognitive impairment stemming from issues such as acquired brain injury, MS, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, depression, long-term major depressive disorder, post-radiation cancer treatment, severe brain infection (like encephalitis), Lewy body dementia, alcohol and substance issues, epilepsy or Parkinson’s.

This 5-day program allows you to focus on your life without distraction at the Quest for Life Centre in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW. You’ll learn valuable information, life skills and strategies to stimulate your brain, increase your health and bring peace of mind.

About the program team

The highly experienced professional team which educates, encourages and supports participants over the 5-day program includes a psychologist, counsellor, massage therapist, naturopath and yoga teacher who, together, provide a program that addresses the mind, body and spirit of each participant.

The program facilitators are living proof of the benefit of the approach that is offered in the program.
