Paul and Maia Bedson will help you learn and practice techniques that will deepen your experience of mindfulness, meditation and provide you with long-term support through stress and uncertainty. Paul and Maia have been teaching Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation (MBSM) for over 20 years; MBSM is a blend of contemporary mindfulness practices with elements of traditional meditation styles like Zen and Vipassana meditation.

From their years of personal experience, study and teaching meditation, Paul and Maia are confident that they can teach anyone, even those with an overactive mind, how to meditate.

The program is structured to gently lead you into the heart and essence of meditation. There will be a series of detailed teachings on why and how to meditate, accompanied by a sequence of meditation practise sessions. This mindfulness training retreat is well suited for both beginners and experienced meditators wishing to deepen their meditation.

Set within 9 acres of manicured gardens in Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, NSW. From the moment you enter the drive, you will begin to feel renewed, refreshed and inspired.
