The Heard Man: Men’s Immersive Program

When men are heard, they move from isolation to connection, from silence to expression.”  – Unknown

    About the Program

This immersive program invites men into an environment where they feel safe to explore their own life and relationships, whilst offering tools and strategies for their personal growth and accountability.

This is a creative space to openly express yourself without judgement.

The Heard Man: Men’s Immersive Program creates a safe and open space for any adult male seeking deeper fulfillment and connection; opening to greater physical, emotional and spiritual awareness that fosters resilience, accountability, integrity and wellbeing. For any man on their Quest for their Life.

The program provides a non-judgmental and respectful environment for men to express themselves authentically, without making them wrong. They will feel truly heard whilst receiving meaningful support.

Developed to address the often-overlooked need for men to have space that break downs barriers of silence and mistrust; builds deeper connections; encourages vulnerability as a superpower or strength; and empowers personal growth through sharing and listening.

This ground-breaking program is led by a team of men who draw on their own lived experiences. Through the challenges they’ve faced, they courageously educate, encourage, and support other men to develop greater self-awareness.

Being the HEARD MAN is a two-way street of honouring both listening and speaking.

“I didn’t know I needed it until I’d done it. This program gave me the confidence to get on with life again with renewed vigour. It was a truly amazing weekend and totally life-changing. I highly recommend it to anyone.” – Boysie, The Heard Man participant⠀

Program Schedule: The program starts with an online session on the Monday to set foundations. Friday – Sun is in-person at our residential centre. The following 3 Thursdays are online integration sessions.
