Eva is passionate about coffee and about empowering people to find peace and integrity in their life.
Having experienced her own life changes and challenges, her work as a psychotherapist now aligns with a key focus on helping others who are facing major challenges and transitions.
Eva has worked extensively in leading organisational change programs for the past 25 years, and now brings this expertise into her clinical practice. Her understanding of change and how to lay the groundwork for meaningful change provides the people she works with a place to be heard and held while finding a new sense of their own vitality, resilience, and wisdom.
Eva works with a broad cross-section of people at crossroads in their lives, including changes or losses in relationships, bereavement, mid-life, elderhood, and health challenges. Part of Eva's process involves defining values that align with their path and acknowledging and honouring their losses, so they can move fully into the next stage of their journey.
Eva approaches her clients with curiosity, insight, and warmth, fostering greater awareness and a compassionate understanding of relational patterns and how their history may be impacting the present. She creates a non-judgemental, collaborative space that encourages learning, respect, compassion, growth, and integration.
Eva Deligiannis is a Gestalt psychotherapist registered with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). She holds Master's degrees in Gestalt Psychotherapy and Organisational Dynamics.

Based in Melbourne, Eva provides individual counselling in private practice for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, relational trauma, communication skills, and personal-boundary management.
Eva is passionate about learning and creativity. Outside her professional life, she enjoys pilates, weight training, long walks, gardening, and all things nerdy.
