For more than two decades, Rachael has integrated counselling, mindfulness, movement, and nervous system awareness into a practical, inclusive practice that is deeply grounded in hope.
Rachael’s work is informed by a lifetime of personal practice, having started yoga at 11 years of age, as well as her own lived experience navigating life’s challenges. She understands that healing isn't about finding quick fixes; rather, it unfolds through compassionate relationships, community, and the gentle rediscovery of our inner strengths.
Believing that people aren't broken but are often carrying heavy burdens, Rachael is passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where participants can slow down and discover they don't have to heal alone. She hopes everyone she works with leaves with a greater sense of lightness, reassured of their own courage and wisdom. Outside of her professional role, Rachael can be found exploring nature, discovering new places, embracing experiences that continue to challenge and inspire her, and leaning into life’s continuous learning opportunities.
