Meet Rachel, the Naturopath at Quest for Life.
She leads insightful group conversation about lifestyle and nutrition, exploring how the lifestyle and nutritional choices we make translate into changes in human health. She also offers a road map as to how can we gradually and sustainably integrate changes in lifestyle and nutrition into our daily lives.
Rachel also offers individual consultations on Quest for Life programs, providing you the opportunity to explore naturopathic healthcare as an individual. She offers insight into naturopathic modalities, such as nutrition, movement, herbal medicine, supplements and probiotics.
Outside of the work she does through Quest for Life, Rachel also works in a small general practice surgery and as a naturopath in her private clinic. She also volunteers as a trainer for a local girl’s league tag team.
With a grandmother who observed naturopathic medicine and a mother who was a registered nurse, Rachel has been steeped in the philosophy of integrative healthcare from a young age. Her involvement in general practice makes her well placed to help people walk the line between naturopathic medicine and conventional medicine. She sees the true value in both and helps people to safely navigate between them.
As a working mum with two teenaged daughters, offering practical advice to individuals is paramount to the way in which Rachel practices.
She works from the perspective of a lived experience in loss and supporting a loved one with a chronic illness.
If Rachel is not in the clinic, she can be found talking to the birds or doing brain gymnastics with a crossword, board game, or puzzle.
