About the Program

A workshop to help you find joy in the ordinary. Running on half-empty can cause disharmony and imbalance internally and externally as you struggle to keep it all together. Taking time out for YOU is essential from time to time to reduce your stress levels, recharge your mental and emotional spirit. If your ‘cup’ is a little drained and in need of a top up, this workshop can help.

Join Bernadette Arena from 7.30pm-9.30pm over 3 evenings to focus on improving your emotional health and wellbeing. Using gentle methods of movement, meditation and mindfulness activities, this workshop will help you build a framework of self-care strategies to improve your emotional equilibrium, balance your nervous system and your responses to life’s challenges.

Special guest Ganga Karen Ashworth is sure to delight as you learn how to change the way you feel through the power of sound and intention.

The program is facilitated by a highly experienced professional facilitator and therapist who educates, encourages and supports participants over 3 evenings. In addition to their professional qualifications, our facilitators have their own experience of personal growth through suffering. This ‘lived’ experience adds a powerful dimension to our programs as participants feel they’re amongst people who really understand their suffering.

Each of us needs to find our own best answer to the challenges we face. While we provide education and many practical strategies, techniques and tools to increase your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, you are encouraged to implement the ones that feel right for you.
