Workplace Holistic Health & Wellbeing

Culturally sensitive workplace workshops to support the physical, mental health and emotional wellbeing of employees.

About the Program

Resilience in the workplace stems from establishing a satisfying work/life balance combined with an ability to respond skilfully in the face of challenge and stress.

Quest for Life’s workplace workshops focus on research-based holistic health and wellbeing approaches that equip staff and managers with tools required to operate in fast-paced, stressful, complex and potentially distressing and/or traumatic environments.

About the team

Quest for Life Foundation facilitators present our workshops with professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and utmost care. We have extensive experience across modalities encompassing holistic health and wellbeing including for government bodies, first responder, corporate and community organisations – delivering interactive online and engaging workshops to keep teams motivated and performing their best in challenging times.

Organisations can become more sustainable employers and empower their employees to take care of their mental health. Quest for Life can partner with and support your organisation to work towards these outcomes.
